If you cancel your booking more than 4 hours before the class start time, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
If you cancel within 4 hours of the class start time, no refund will be provided. This ensures that the business hosting the class has enough notice to adjust accordingly.
For eligible refunds, please allow up to 10 working days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In the event that the class is cancelled by the business, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. This will also be processed within 10 working days.
To ensure the best experience for our customers, Brackettup has guidelines for businesses regarding class cancellations. This policy aims to minimize last-minute disruptions and maintain customer trust:
If a business cancels a class more than 6 hours before the scheduled start time, no penalty will apply.
If a class is cancelled within 6 hours of the start time and customers are already enrolled, a penalty of 20% of the class fee per enrolled customer will be charged. This penalty helps protect customers’ interests and maintain the reliability of Brackettup’s services.
To avoid penalties, we encourage businesses to review and confirm class schedules and customer enrollments in advance. Transparent and proactive management of classes contributes to a positive experience for everyone involved.
